Our mission is to provide pure clean wholesome food grown "the old fashioned way",while sustaining the land. We offer our customers a chance to experience the farm with soon-to-be agritourism ventures. We currently have a local CSA and farm gate sales. We raise pastured free range meats,eggs,veggies,strawberries,etc.and expect to open our farm store this summer. We also are organizing a buying club to make access to our products easier for those who do not live close by. We use natural methods in harmony with Mother Nature -no chemicals, hormones, confined feedlots,etc. Our processing facility for meats is USDA, Animal Welfare Approved, and Silliker certified, along with being a family run business! The Farm at Hollow Springs is family owned and operated by Tim Tipps and Lisa Trail, and their daughter Laurel. The farm is adjacent to the farm where Lisa was raised, and her parents still live and operate a beef cattle operation. The Farm at Hollow Springs offers farm tours and agritainment in the fall. In particular, the Farm at Hollow Springs provides hayrides, a corn maze, pumpkin patch, and various farm activities for individuals, families, and groups like schools, churches, and scouts. The farm features a flowing creek, woodlands, pastoral areas and evenings around the campfire.
