We are a small, family-operated farm offering all natural eggs, grass-fed poultry, pork, beef, seasonal produce, and rich, creamy milk from our beautiful Jersey cows through our cowboarding program. Wallace Homestead Farm, owned and operated by John and Janie Wallace, offers the health-conscious consumer a source for affordable naturally raised grass-fed Beef, pastured Pork, and Poultry. They are raised on an organic natural pasture diet spring through fall and wintered over on a diet of our own organically grown hay. In early spring they are returned to the pasture to be finished on grass. Our pigs and chickens are pasture raised on a natural diet of organic forages and home grown organic grain supplements.
