Ten acres of friendly family farming just above the mighty Saint Croix River. Startup CSA - did a training program in 2007 and 2008 with the New Immigrant Agricultural Program with the MN Food Association where we got certified organic. Our vineyard is constructed and vines being rejuvenated. Our Elliot Coleman style mobile high tunnel is being joined by a triple haygrove and a new fixed high tunnel from NRCS EQIP. Permaculture is on our minds as we're surrounded by woods and have mostly open fields. We're growing green peppers for Chipotle again this year.
