Double Oak Farm provides fresh local produce to Columbus, Indiana and the surrounding area. We started off selling produce and handmade products at our local farmers market in 2008 and in 2009 we will also offer a CSA or Vegetable Subscription and we will open a farm store this May in the city of Columbus at 803 Washington St where we will sell all out great products. Double Oak farm is run by three families who all grow produce for our customers using sustainable farming methods. We offer heirloom and other varieties grown using natural methods,with out the use of chemical fertilizers or pesticides. Ten acres of friendly family farming just above the mighty Saint Croix River. Startup CSA - did a training program in 2007 and 2008 with the New Immigrant Agricultural Program with the MN Food Association where we got certified organic. Our vineyard is constructed and vines being rejuvenated. Our Elliot Coleman style mobile high tunnel is being joined by a triple haygrove and a new fixed high tunnel from NRCS EQIP. Permaculture is on our minds as we're surrounded by woods and have mostly open fields. We're growing green peppers for Chipotle again this year.

We are a 20 acre certified organic produce farm located in southwestern Wisconsin's Driftless region. We are committed to promoting bio-diversity and specialize in open pollinated and heirloom vegetable varieties. In 2009 we created the Harvest Moon Farms Producers Guild. The Guild is currently comprised of 6 farms in our area. Our partnership allows the farms to share resources and collaborate on transportation and distribution. We have partnered with some of Chicago's top chefs and provide customized growing programs. We also provide consulting and design services for urban vegetable farming. We come to the farming profession via our passion for all things food related and hope to share with our clients the joy of connecting with growing, preparing, and consuming our products.
