Are brown eggs better than white eggs?: No. Different breeds of chickens lay different colors of eggs from green to white. The inside of the brown eggs is no different than white eggs because they both contain the exact same amount of the exact same nutrients.

Is it possible to crack an egg and find a chick inside?: Chickens eggs must first be fertilized and then incubated for 21 days to hatch. I can guarantee that I do NOT put any eggs you may buy in a warm place and definitely not for several days! I recommend that if you currently buy eggs that contain partly developed chicks, STOP BUYING EGGS FROM THAT PRODUCER!!! It is a serious health hazard as bacteria will be drawn through the shell at warm temperatures.
