Welcome to Mack Brook Farm: Kevin Jablonski and Karen Christensen, Owners
We are a small, family-owned farm in the eastern foothills of the Adirondacks in New York State. Our goal is to provide our customers with 100% grassfed and finished, pasture-based Angus beef that is a tastier and healthier alternative to commercially raised beef, while practicing farming techniques that benefit the environment. Our cattle DO NOT get antibiotics, growth hormones, or genetically modified feed. Our cattle DO GET grass and hay from only our fields, acres of pasture to wander, and lots of TLC. We are not certified organic but operate using what we consider ’best practices’ for the animals and the environment. We were recently audited and certified for humane treatment of our animals by Animal Welfare Approved. We sell individual cuts of meat from the farm and welcome visitors. Please note, we are a small producer so not all cuts are available at all times. With a deposit, we will reserve a side of beef for those wishing to purchase in quantity at a 10% discount. We also sell a limited number of cuts from local stores in Washington, Saratoga, and Rensaeleer County, NY. Last Activity More than one year ago
